The Envirothon team recieved proclamations from the Suffolk County Legislature on Tuesday for their accomplishments on the state level in May. They were sixth out of 50+ teams representing counties across New York. Way-to-go Sachem North!! Covanta Energy Rocks the LI Envirothon!

We are proud to announce that Covanta Energy is a sponsor of the Long Island Envirothon. They have donated a whopping $10,000 for this year event. We thank them for their support and we are looking forward to an exciting and fun-filled competition on April 20th at the Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts in Wheatley Heights.
